Maybe Running isn't a Problem, but a missed Opportunity!
I had watched GW played on a friend's computer for about a month before I invested in the game. I saw several runs and several attempted runs to Droks before the closing of the Lornar Pass.
I think it is possible that an aspect of the game has been completely missed. I enjoyed watching the runs. It is somewhat like watching a combo of racing and bowling where the racecars are the pins.
The Run
1) I am wondering if a third division of the game could not be generated. This would be like PvP but with the objective being to Run. More running skills would have to be created, especially for lower level Rangers (which have none). Slowing spell already exist, but deflection of movement spells do not. Perhaps sections of the next opened area could include areas to use such skills.
The Viewer
2) Along with this, I was thinking of an additional option for PvP and the Running. I can't PvP because I can't get DL fast enough to get in and fight before half my team is already dead. (Looking forward to DSL.) But what about being able to view fights or runs as spectators (other than as the dead ones). Would like this, but can see objectiions.

Uhm.. no. This is not what the game is about. If you want to watch then join, die and watch. And creating a division for runners? Seriously, don't be ridiculous! What's next, a farming division with farming skills? Come on..

Running (or rather running other people) is part of the problem, so I would have to say Nay.

I'd personally like to walk for once.
"My legs... they... they can't stop running! AHHHHH!"
